How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Rapsodo is a global sports technology company with offices in the United States, Singapore, Türkiye, Japan, and Malaysia. We build data-driven, portable sports analytics products that help athletes understand and improve their performance.

From Major League Baseball pitchers to professional golfers, our products are used globally across all levels of sport. We operate as a globally distributed team, enabled by ownership, clarity, collaboration, and disciplined execution. We are innovative, focused, and rapidly growing, and continuously looking for team players who will stop at nothing to deliver state-of-the-art solutions as part of Team Rapsodo.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, resourceful, and hands-on Software Engineer to join our Rapsodo Operating System (ROS) team in St. Louis, Missouri.

You will help build, maintain, and continuously improve the systems and tools that power how Rapsodo operates as a business. This includes developing internal software, integrating third-party platforms, resolving technical issues, and creating automation solutions that make our operations simpler, faster, and more effective.

Working closely with colleagues across our St. Louis, Singapore, and Türkiye offices, you will collaborate on shared systems, solve technical challenges, and deliver solutions that support our global operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys figuring things out, solving real-world problems, and exploring how technology, including AI, can improve the way people work.

What matters most is your ability to think critically, learn quickly, take initiative, and turn problems into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance internal applications, systems, and tools that support Rapsodo's business operations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable, sustainable solutions.
  • Build integrations between internal applications and third-party business systems to improve connectivity and data flow.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across St. Louis, Singapore, and Türkiye to understand business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, testing, and solution development while ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, applying sound software engineering practices.
  • Test, monitor, and continuously improve system reliability, performance, security, and usability.
  • Explore new technologies and challenge existing ways of working to deliver simpler, smarter, and more scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Sound understanding of programming concepts, software development, databases, APIs, and system integration.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar, gained through professional work, academic projects, or personal initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to learn and apply new technologies effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with the curiosity to investigate issues, understand root causes, and find practical solutions.
  • Resourceful and proactive, with the initiative to explore solutions independently rather than wait for instructions.
  • Strong learning agility, with the willingness to experiment, adapt, seek feedback, and continuously develop new capabilities.
  • Ability to think beyond code, understand business needs, and consider how technology can improve processes and outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across geographically distributed teams. Turkish language proficiency is an added advantage for working with colleagues in our Türkiye office but is not required.
  • A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.

We value how you think, learn, and solve problems more than the programming languages you already know. We are looking for someone who is curious about how things work, willing to challenge existing approaches, comfortable using AI to work smarter, and motivated to build solutions that make a meaningful difference.
