How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Eragon, so its true age is longer.

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role
About Eragon
Eragon is an Applied AI lab building an AI platform that powers self-improving agents for business enterprise. We’re working on memory, runtime, integrations, and product experience that make agents useful, reliable, and governable in real-world settings.
About the role
As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll build across the Eragon product—from agent execution and tool use to the interfaces and infrastructure that make the system dependable. You’ll work on ambiguous, high-impact problems and leverage insights from research findings to help turn customer needs into shipped product.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and operate product and platform features across the agent lifecycle.
- Improve how agents use context, models, tools, and connected business systems to complete tasks.
- Build for reliability, observability, security, and clear user control.
- Partner with design and customer-facing teammates to understand problems and ship useful solutions.
- Help establish engineering practices that support fast iteration without sacrificing quality.
What we’re looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production software.
- Comfort working across systems and product surfaces, and making pragmatic technical tradeoffs.
- Experience in AI/agent systems and interests in making them reliable and useful.
- Clear communication, ownership, and a willingness to work through ambiguity.
- TypeScript/Node.js experience is helpful; experience with enterprise software, integrations, or evaluation systems is a plus.
