How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Robusta Technology Group is building a new Salesforce practice, and we’re looking for a Salesforce Architect to be its founding member. Reporting to the CX Capability Director, you will build and lead the practice from zero as RTG’s reference for Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud). You will turn our Salesforce partnership into revenue by leading presales, solution design and estimation, own the technical quality of Salesforce delivery, and grow a certified team of 2+ engineers in your first year, working within the architecture and technical standards set by OCTO.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partnership and certification: Lead RTG’s Salesforce certification path, meet the partner program requirements, and keep certifications current.
  • Presales: Join Salesforce presales meetings, shape the solution, and write the technical sections of proposals.
  • Estimation: Produce and own effort estimates for Salesforce work, explain their basis, and re-open them when scope diverges.
  • Solution architecture: Design CRM solutions (data model, sharing and security, integrations) within OCTO standards.
  • Delivery leadership: Act as technical owner on Salesforce engagements, working with the Project Manager on plan, risks and quality.
  • Practice and people: Hire or cross-train engineers, set practice standards, and build reusable assets and reference implementations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise software, including 5+ years on Salesforce.
  • Lead architect on at least 2 end-to-end CRM implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud: data model, sharing and security, integrations (REST APIs, middleware), Apex, Lightning and Flow.
  • At least one Salesforce certification (e.g. Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Confident in leading technical discussions with clients, a clear presales communicator, and able to mentor engineers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or growing a Salesforce practice or team at a partner or consultancy.
  • MENA client experience.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce or MuleSoft.
  • Architect credentials (Application Architect, System Architect, or domain architect certifications).
  • Builder mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a new practice.
