How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

AI screening
Uses AI to screen applicants
Researchers, AI labs, and product teams use Terac to recruit, screen, and pay study participants across industries, languages, and skill sets. (quoted from the posting)

Not stated: Real vacancy.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

About the role

What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on industrial equipment diagnostics and sensor data analysis. The goal is to evaluate how automated workflows handle complex diagnostic information in real-world scenarios. Your expertise will help us refine these technical evaluation processes for better accuracy and efficiency.

How It Works

During this remote session, you will review several examples of sensor data and automated diagnostic outputs. We will ask you to walk us through your typical approach to analyzing this kind of equipment data. You will then evaluate the accuracy of the automated workflows and point out any potential blind spots. The entire conversation will be conducted via a remote video call where you can share your screen to illustrate your points.

Who This Is For

We are looking for industrial engineers, equipment technicians, and reliability specialists with hands-on experience in diagnostics. You should be comfortable reading sensor data and evaluating automated maintenance or diagnostic workflows. We welcome professionals from manufacturing, heavy machinery, energy, and related industrial sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Review examples of industrial sensor data and diagnostic outputs
  • Walk us through your process for evaluating equipment health
  • Assess the accuracy and reliability of automated evaluation workflows
  • Provide technical feedback on potential improvements to diagnostic systems

Who Should Apply

  • Professional experience in industrial engineering, equipment maintenance, or reliability
  • Hands-on background with sensor data analysis and equipment diagnostics
  • Comfortable discussing technical workflows and automated evaluation systems

Compensation

$109 per hour
