How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

Through our Launch Program and on-the-job learning, you will learn how Health Solutions colleagues help clients understand what their employees value, manage rising healthcare costs and design smarter, more personalized benefit programs that support employee wellbeing and organizational competitiveness.

As a Health Solutions colleague, you will build the skills, confidence and business knowledge needed to translate data and research into clear insights, contribute to employee benefits strategies and serve as a credible partner to clients and colleagues.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

  • Dig into claims, premium and financial data to validate results, spot trends, understand cost drivers and compare different benefit solutions.
  • Help turn complex information into meaningful insights and recommendations that support better decisions for clients and their employees.

Build Client Relationships and Advisory Skills

  • Create reports, presentations and visuals that explain findings in a clear, helpful and client-ready way.
  • Participate in client and team discussions with growing confidence, while learning how benefit strategies are developed and communicated.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners.

Coordinate Projects and Improve How Work Gets Done

  • Support workflows across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits, Executive Benefits, analytics, operations and other specialist teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support efficient, high-quality client delivery.

Launch is a structured 10-month Early Career development program that combines meaningful work, business learning, professional development and relationship-building across Aon. The program helps you build a strong foundation for a long-term career through

  • On-the-job learning with brokers, client teams, account managers and solution line specialists.
  • Business and professional development in Commercial Risk, Reinsurance, client service, communication, collaboration, problem solving and commercial awareness.
  • Exposure to data, analytics and technology that support risk assessment, market analysis, workflow coordination and client-ready recommendations.
  • Networking, mentorship and coaching opportunities to build relationships across Aon and develop your career path.

What Will Help You Succeed and Grow

We are looking for candidates who are curious, motivated and excited to learn. Through the Launch Program, you will continue developing the same skills and capabilities that support a successful Health Solutions and advisory career, including

  • An interest in business, healthcare, employee benefits, health and wellness, analytics, data, client service or consulting.
