How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

Your responsibilities include

  • Supporting restructuring and turnaround engagements across a broad range of industries
  • Assisting with financial analysis, liquidity assessments, cash flow forecasting, and business plan reviews
  • Conducting financial modelling and analysing operational and financial performance
  • Preparing presentations and translating complex financial analyses into clear, actionable insights
  • Supporting project teams in monitoring restructuring initiatives and value creation measures
  • Conducting market and industry research to support strategic assessments
  • Collaborating with consultants and managers across interdisciplinary teams

At Interpath, you will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where you can learn quickly and take responsibility from day one.

We offer

  • Structured onboarding and mentorship, including a personal buddy
  • A collaborative team culture with regular social events and networking opportunities

  • Fast professional development supported by a strong feedback culture
  • Tailored training and on-the-job learning in small, expert teams

Requirements

  • First exposure to corporate finance, restructuring, transaction services, audit, consulting, or financial analysis (through internships or academic projects)
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
