Requirements
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑availability backend services in Go, Python, and Java.
- Implement and manage Terraform scripts to provision and scale cloud resources consistently.
- Configure and optimize GitHub Actions workflows for CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Integrate with multiple payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay) ensuring compliance with PCI‑DSS standards.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Monitor application performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and front‑end teams to deliver end‑to‑end feature solutions.
- Develop robust error handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms for production stability.

- 3+ years of professional experience building scalable backend systems in Go, Python, and/or Java.
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and experience deploying resources on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands‑on experience configuring GitHub Actions for CI/CD, including automated testing and deployment.
- Deep understanding of payment gateway integration, security best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as message queuing systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills across distributed systems.
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, unit/integration tests, and test automation pipelines.
