How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

About Us

At BD Diesel Performance we're constantly striving not to be simply the best, but to be better. As part of Burnout Brands, we are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-performance diesel parts across North America. From our state-of-the-art facility in Abbotsford, we design, manufacture, and distribute products that support the diesel truck aftermarket and are trusted across the industry.

We are a fast-paced, production-oriented machine shop with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. As we continue to grow, we are looking for skilled individuals to join our expanding team. If you are an experienced Machinist or Operator, there is an opportunity for you to build your career with us.

Position Overview

BD Diesel is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CNC Programmer to support the development, maintenance, and improvement of CNC programs within our machine shop. This entry-level position is suited to someone who has completed a post-secondary machinist/CNC programming program and is looking to build their technical skills in a production manufacturing environment.

Working under the guidance of the CNC Programmer Team Lead and experienced machinists, this individual will assist with CNC programming, tooling selection, setup documentation, program verification, and production support. The role combines computer-based programming with hands-on shop floor learning to develop safe, accurate, and repeatable machining processes.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in machining principles, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality and safety. Previous work experience is an asset but is not required; relevant school projects and practical training will be considered.

This role is based onsite in Abbotsford.

  • Support production as needed, including operating CNC equipment, running parts, and assisting machinists to help meet production schedules and shop priorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Education & Experience
