How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What it asks of you

Security clearance required
“Security Clearance / International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR).” (quoted from the posting)

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Welcome to the Team

We’re truly glad you’re here. As you get to know our company, we encourage you to connect with your new colleagues, explore our culture, and settle in at your own pace. The guidance provided will help make your transition smooth and successful, but most importantly, we want you to feel at ease and confident as you begin this new chapter.

If you need anything — clarity, help, or simply someone to talk to — our team is here for you every step of the way. We’re excited to have you with us.

Warm regards,

United Launch Alliance
