Required Qualifications
· Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Science, or another STEM discipline.
· Strong programming skills with the ability to develop scalable, well-structured applications.
· Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Git, version control, testing, and code reviews.
· Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and experience applying quantitative analysis techniques.
· Hands-on experience or academic projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or related technologies.
· Familiarity with cloud AI platforms, modern AI development frameworks, or enterprise AI tools is an asset.
· Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
· Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
· Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a risk and control mindset.
· Inquisitive by nature, willing to challenge assumptions, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously improve existing processes.
