About the Role
Peek is looking for a curious, product-minded, and data-driven Data Analyst – Analytics, AI, and Customer Insights to help turn data into meaningful insights, reporting, and business improvements.
In this role, you’ll work across business intelligence, product analytics, partner-facing analytics, and AI-enabled workflows . You’ll support internal teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Leadership, while also helping deliver insights directly to Peek’s business customers.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable working with data, communicating clearly, and translating complex analysis into practical recommendations. Because this role may involve working directly with English and French speaking customers, the ideal candidate must be fully fluent in both French and English and comfortable participating in client-facing conversations, presentations, and follow-ups.
You do not need to be a machine learning engineer or train models from scratch. You should, however, be comfortable using modern AI tools thoughtfully, evaluating their output, and helping turn promising AI use cases into practical analytics workflows.
