This role is critical in driving the organization’s evolution toward a more efficient and technology-enabled field. The Business Application Specialist (BAS) serves as a conduit between technology and business, ensuring that tools are not just used, but used effectively. We are currently hiring for two opportunities on the team: one permanent position and one 12-month contract . Candidates may be considered for either opportunity based on their interest and qualifications.
Role Description
The BAS plays a critical role in enabling the field to deliver high-quality and efficient client experience through the effective use of our core technology platforms.
This role acts as consultative partner to our Wealth Field Professionals, Business Leaders, and Scotia Wealth Management (SWM) Partners, aligning technology capabilities to business objectives, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, and supports in driving the adoption of best practices across the organization.
The BAS utilizes strong platform expertise, and deep business knowledge to translate technology into real world scenarios, supporting the organization’s commitment to growing best-in-class service and operational excellence.
