Technical Expertise

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience building enterprise-scale, cloud-native, event-driven, and containerized applications.
• Strong hands-on development experience with:
• Java 17+
• Spring Boot and Spring Security
• REST APIs and Microservices Architecture
• Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, and Azure Service Bus
• Azure Cloud Services and GCP
• Kubernetes and Docker
• NoSQL and Relational Databases
• Redis
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with build and dependency management tools such as Maven and Gradle.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems including Git and Bitbucket.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, application security, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with technologies such as XML, YAML, JSON, SQL, Shell Scripting, Groovy, Velocity, and Azure SDK.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
• Proven ability to mentor developers with varying levels of experience.
• Experience leading technical discussions and driving consensus across teams.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery goals with long-term architectural strategy.
• Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking, payments, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
• Exposure to loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-volume transaction processing.
