Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Support

• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance, Collections, and Strategy teams to support initiatives such as:
• New programs or policy changes
• Credit strategy adjustments
• Portfolio risk assessments
• Provide subject matter expertise on portfolio performance and risk drivers
• Build strong working relationships and influence decision-making through data-driven insights
• Strong hands-on experience in data analysis and portfolio monitoring
• Proficiency in SQL/SAS or Python (required)
• Strong experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Ability to structure complex analyses and communicate insights effectively

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have

• 3–5 years of experience in portfolio analytics, credit risk, or financial analytics
• Experience in unsecured lending products (Credit Cards, ULOC, etc.) strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end analytics deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science) or compensating work experience
• Graduate degree considered an asset
• Strong hands-on experience in data analysis and portfolio monitoring
• Proficiency in SQL/SAS or Python (required)
• Strong experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Ability to structure complex analyses and communicate insights effectively
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication and data storytelling
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
