Why Vocantas?

• Stay hands-on and own meaningful work: You’ll spend your time solving technical problems and building software, while taking ownership of substantial pieces of multi-month projects. Your work is visible, and in a small team, your decisions have a real impact on the product.
• Help shape how other developers grow: You’ll work closely with junior developers, sharing your experience, reviewing their work, and helping them think through technical problems. You’ll have the chance to influence how they approach development.
• Work closely with the people building the product: With a lean development team, you’ll collaborate directly with Product, QA, and other developers. There are fewer layers, faster conversations, and a clear connection between the work you do and the outcome.
• Build new technology into an established product: Vocantas is adding new products and AI capabilities, giving you the opportunity to work on both mature systems and new development.
