How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Collaborative Robotics, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 2, 2026.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, including mechanical, supply chain, software, firmware, and manufacturing, to debug and refine full system designs.
  • Drive the development of testing and validation methodologies to guarantee the efficacy and safety of our electrical systems.
  • Engage with partner engineering teams to streamline the electrical design process, from component selection to PCB layout and system bring-up.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical design and execution.
  • Proven expertise in component selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout for custom boards.
  • Strong background in debugging and testing complex electrical designs, with a deep understanding of hardware design principles including Signal Integrity and Power Integrity.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams across mechanical, thermal, software, firmware, manufacturing, and testing disciplines.
  • Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team.
  • Willing to occasionally travel.
  • Must have and maintain US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in electrical and electronic design, preferably in robotics or similar complex systems.
  • Proficiency in system architecture, requirements capture, and system analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience selecting sensors for complex electromechanical products.
  • Expertise in developing and executing electrical validation plans.
