How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Adree, so its true age is longer.

What the posting discloses
Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in building enterprise applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a Tech Lead/Architect in an Agile environment.
- Expert OutSystems Proficiency: Deep knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, and LifeTime.
- Architecture Mastery: Expert understanding of OutSystems architecture patterns, refactoring, and database modeling.
- Technical Ecosystem: Strong proficiency in SQL Server/Oracle database design, stored procedures, and optimization. Good grasp of .NET (C#) for creating custom extensions.
- Agile Core: Solid understanding of Scrum methodologies, working comfortably with Jira and Confluence.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose infrastructure, performance, or integration issues.
