How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Inflection Space, so its true age is longer.

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About Inflection Space Systems
Inflection Space Systems is redefining how spacecraft are designed and manufactured. The company was founded on the belief that humanity’s future in space will be defined by scale: tens of thousands of spacecraft operating across many orbits to unlock abundance for humanity. Inflection exists to make this scale real, by mass manufacturing spacecraft using the same supply chains and technologies already utilized by established, high-volume industries. If you are passionate about the industrialization of space, an expert in your field, and not afraid to get your hands dirty, Inflection may be the place for you.
About the role
Inflection is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to own Inflection’s vertically integrated spacecraft avionics architecture and power system. This role reports directly to the CTO. This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Inflection’s HQ in Los Angeles, CA.
What you'll do
- Own spacecraft avionics and power architecture, from requirements through flight hardware fabrication and test.
- Design, build, and test PCBAs for power conversion, power distribution, computing, and communications functions.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors.
- Lead board bring-up, electronic assembly integration, and environmental testing; diagnose and resolve hardware anomalies as they arise.
- Support on-orbit spacecraft operations.
- Design for reliable, repeatable production.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience delivering complex hardware.
- Experience in circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, power electronics, and embedded interfaces.
- Experience with spacecraft power systems including energy storage and power generation.
- Hands-on board bring-up and debugging skills, with demonstrated ownership from design through qualification and delivery of flight-ready hardware.
- The ability to get hands-on, and an appetite to learn new things.
