How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.
About the role
About Inflection Space Systems
Inflection Space Systems is redefining how spacecraft are designed and manufactured. The company was founded on the belief that humanity’s future in space will be defined by scale: tens of thousands of spacecraft operating across many orbits to unlock abundance for humanity. Inflection exists to make this scale real, by mass manufacturing spacecraft using the same supply chains and technologies already utilized by established, high-volume industries. If you are passionate about the industrialization of space, an expert in your field, and not afraid to get your hands dirty, Inflection may be the place for you.
About the role
Inflection is seeking an experienced systems engineer to own spacecraft design, technical budgets, interfaces, and more. This role reports directly to the CTO. This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Inflection’s HQ in Los Angeles, CA.
What you'll do
- Own spacecraft systems engineering artifacts like requirements, technical budgets, and interfaces.
- Work cross-functionally across spacecraft subsystems and the manufacturing team to ensure seamless integration, test, operations, and manufacturing scaling of Inflection's spacecraft.
- Lead flatsat and hardware-in-the-loop development.
- Work directly with Inflection's customers to plan and execute payload integration, test, and operations.
- Contribute to detailed design across the spacecraft hardware and software stack as required.
- Lead hands-on manufacturing, integration, test, and operations across protoype and flight hardware.
- Design for reliable, repeatable production.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with spacecraft, space systems, or other similar complex technical systems.
- The ability to understand, communicate, and work across multiple engineering disciplines.
- A strong level of personal initiative, and the ability to find and address problems before they become problems.
- A passion for space.
- The ability to get hands-on, and an appetite to learn new things.
