How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Software Engineer - Agentic Solutions (CCO)

CCO · Full-time · Tel-Aviv, IL

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

About The Team

The Agentic Solutions team is a development team inside the CCO (Chief Customer Office) business unit. We build customer-facing AI agents and intelligent experiences for the worlds of Customer Success and Customer Experience - the agents that answer, guide, onboard, and solve for monday.com 's 250,000+ customers across Support and Success (and, along the way, make the teams behind them more effective). We're a team of builders with no product managers: every engineer owns the problem, not just the ticket - from understanding the customer need, through design and build, to measuring the impact in production.

About The Role

We're looking for hands-on builders who write real code, love working with AI, and think like product owners - engineers who want to see their work in front of real customers fast, experiment quickly, and turn ideas into measurable customer value in production.

As a Software Engineer in the Agentic Solutions team, you'll design, build, and operate the customer-facing AI agents and intelligent experiences that monday.com customers meet in Support, Success, and across their journey - agents that resolve, guide, onboard, and drive adoption (and, along the way, make our CS and CX teams dramatically more effective). You'll build the full stack around them: the services, integrations, and interfaces that make them work reliably at scale.

This is a team with no product managers, so you'll work end to end: understand the customer problem, decide what to build, build it, ship it, measure it, and iterate on real usage. You don't need to be an AI researcher - but you do need to have built with LLMs, to be curious about what's new every week, and to be excited to work with AI every day.

What You'll Do

  • Own customer-facing solutions end to end - from understanding the customer need and defining the experience and success metrics, through design, build, and rollout, to measuring impact on resolution, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Design, build, and ship production-grade features across the stack: backend services, APIs and integrations into monday.com and third-party systems (ticketing, knowledge bases, CRM), and the UI customers interact with
  • Build AI agents and agentic workflows using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, tool use / MCP, and the monday.com platform - and the infrastructure they run on: data access, tool layers, orchestration, observability
  • Shape agent behaviors, tool definitions, context and prompt strategies, and decision logic - then harden them for reliability, safety, and cost in production
  • Stay close to the customer: review real conversations, work with CS and Support teams, and understand where AI changes the customer's experience - then prioritize what to build and what not to
  • Measure what you ship: define success criteria, run evals against real customer workflows, instrument with clear KPIs, and let the data drive the next iteration
  • Use AI-assisted development tools as a core part of how you build, and help the team keep raising the bar on speed and craftsmanship
  • Stay ahead of the AI landscape - new models, agent protocols, tooling - and bring what unlocks real customer value into the team
  • Our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, MySQL, Redis, AWS, LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, and others), MCP, vector/retrieval stores, monday.com platform (API, apps, agents, workflows)

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack applications in production (TypeScript/Node.js and React or similar)
  • Experience building a web application or service from scratch and taking it all the way to production
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs - LLM APIs, tool use / function calling, prompt and context design - ideally in a product that real users touched
  • Solid engineering fundamentals: API design, data modeling, integrations via APIs and webhooks, and running services reliably at scale
  • Strong product orientation: you care about the experience your code creates, ask why before how, and are comfortable scoping, prioritizing, and making product calls in a team with no product manager
  • Fluency with AI-assisted development (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) as a core part of how you build - you ship faster because of it
  • Hungry, self-directed, and energetic - you actively explore new AI tools, experiment, share what you learn, and would rather ship and learn than wait for a perfect plan
  • Team player with strong communication skills, comfortable working directly with CS and Support teams and with customers
  • Experience with agents in production - agent frameworks / SDKs, MCP, evals and observability, RAG and retrieval - an advantage
  • Experience building for Support / Customer Success use cases (support agents, conversational AI) or with the monday.com platform - an advantage
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - not a must; we care most about what you've built

What monday.com can offer you

  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate - not just things we put on a wall
  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide
  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles - we believe people should share in our success
  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we

monday.com is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We hire talented individuals, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military or veteran status, cultural background, religious beliefs, or any other characteristic protected by law.
