How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Sapsol Technologies is hiring for its direct client, an American multinational electronic design automation company focused on silicon chip design and verification, electronic system-level design and verification, and reusable components. This opportunity sits within the semiconductors space and supports the product data foundations that help engineering and operations teams work accurately and efficiently.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable working at the intersection of PLM administration, product data management, and cross-functional process coordination. As Contract Analyst (PLM & Product Data Specialist), you will help maintain the integrity of core product data and support the workflows that keep parts, documentation, and change activity moving smoothly across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Product Lifecycle Management systems such as Agile PLM, Windchill, Teamcenter, or Arena.
  • Manage parts, product documentation, and multi-level Bills of Materials.
  • Own Engineering Change Order processes, including ECO, ECN, and ECR workflows and release lifecycles.
  • Maintain data integrity, part-numbering standards, and configuration governance across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
  • Troubleshoot product data issues and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant PLM administration or product data management experience.
  • Hands-on experience administering Agile PLM, Windchill, Teamcenter, or Arena systems.
  • Experience managing multi-level BOMs, part records, and product documentation.
  • Experience managing ECO, ECN, and ECR workflows through release lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of part numbering, configuration governance, and product data integrity.
  • Cross-functional experience working with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
