About the Role
OpenLoop is building the future of healthcare infrastructure. We are hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to join our Product Engineering organization with opportunities available across multiple teams and initiatives. This role is hybrid. The Toronto product & engineering team gathers in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at OpenLoop, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling production-grade systems that power our nationwide healthcare network. Depending on team placement, you may work on clinical workflows, partner integrations, AI-powered services, patient engagement platforms, or core infrastructure. We are building a strong pipeline of senior engineers who are excited to work across the stack and help drive technical excellence across the company.

Please note: Employment for this position will be through our Employer of Record (EOR) partner in Canada. While you will work exclusively with and be managed by OpenLoop Health, Inc, your legal employer for payroll, benefits, and employment administration will be our EOR partner.
Base salary Range for this position in Ontario, Canada is CAD$125,015 - 156,268.
(In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a bonus and equity.)
