Les candidats issus du domaine de la science des données et possédant une certaine expérience en développement et architecture de logiciels seront également pris en considération.

Nous vous encourageons à postuler si vous

• Avez une très solide expérience dans le domaine de la santé, dans divers sous-secteurs (par exemple : prestataires, pharmaceutique, payeurs).

Avez une vaste expérience des normes de données de santé telles que FHIR et HL7, ainsi qu’une exposition aux DSE, à la fintech en santé et aux nombreux défis d’intégration qui y sont associés.

• Avez une excellente compréhension des environnements réglementaires du secteur de la santé aux États-Unis, au Canada et dans d’autres juridictions.
• Avez une solide compréhension du rôle de la technologie dans la stratégie commerciale des organisations de santé.
• Avez de solides bases en architecture de systèmes logiciels.
• Avez au moins 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle globale dans le domaine technologique, que ce soit en tant que développeur logiciel, scientifique des données ou dans une combinaison de rôles.
• Possédez des compétences exceptionnelles en leadership et en communication.
• Possédez de solides compétences en présentation en français, d’excellentes compétences techniques et interpersonnelles, ainsi que la capacité de travailler aisément avec des clients américains.

Atouts supplémentaires

• Avoir la maîtrise de TypeScript, Node, React et Python en particulier est idéale, car c'est la pile utilisée par la plupart de nos clients.
• Avoir de l'expérience dans le développement d'applications d'IA est un plus.

Staff Developer (Healthcare)

About the role

In this role, you’ll be a technical leader for our healthcare practice, with an internal role of furthering our team’s skills in this domain. You will spend the majority of your time working with clients, whether as part of a team or independently. You will also be working closely with our Principal and Staff Consultants as well as management on integrating healthcare-specific knowledge within our software development, data science, and product design practices.

Note that while we specialize in healthcare and regulated industries, not all our projects are in these fields, so you may work across different domains from time to time.

Your work will consist of

• Serving as architect and technical lead for healthcare client projects in a degree of capacities — supervisory or hands-on.
• Technical project management — planning and coordinating deliverables, scope, timelines and budgets for a project team; working closely with clients and internal interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful and high quality delivery.
• Performing advisory work for clients independently on occasion (e.g. on fractional CTO engagements for healthcare startups).
• Serving as ambassador for healthcare standards and best practices within the company
• Contributing to our open source and other internal tools for healthcare development and advancing their roadmaps.
• Participating in and/or leading internal working groups and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with other technical leaders and operations on our internal data privacy and compliance standards as pertains to healthcare projects.
• Working with our sales and business development team to grow the business by leading technical discussions in sales cycles, contributing to marketing materials, and attending events.

About you

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader who excels as an individual contributor and has a keen business sense. We want you to apply for this role if you thrive at the intersection of real-world problems in healthcare and technology. You should be just as happy talking to customers and understanding the pain points of their business and software systems as you are writing code.

While we are seeking a candidate coming from a software development and architecture background, we expect you to operate in an interdisciplinary context, incorporating product design and data science in your work. Candidates coming from a data science background with some experience in software development and architecture will also be considered.

We want you to apply if you

• Have a very strong background in healthcare, across a variety of subindustries (e.g. provider, pharmaceutical, payor).
• Have extensive experience with healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7. Exposure to EHRs, healthcare fintech, and the myriad integration challenges between them.
• Have excellent understanding of healthcare regulatory environments – in the US, Canada, and other jurisdictions.
• Have a strong grasp of the role of technology within the business strategy of healthcare organizations.
• Have a strong foundation in architecting software systems.
• Have 6+ years overall experience as a technology professional — whether as a software developer or data scientist or a mix of roles.
• Have exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Have strong French language presentation, technical and interpersonal skills and the ability to work comfortably with American clients.

Bonus points if you

• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node, React and Python specifically are ideal, since that is the stack most of our clients use.
• Exposure to developing AI applications is a plus.
