About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership across McKesson’s enterprise infrastructure spanning cloud and on‑premises environments. In this role, you will set the technical direction for infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and compliance with architectural standards. You will lead large‑scale projects, drive innovation in automation and reliability, and act as a key escalation point for complex issues. This role partners closely with senior engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, high‑performing infrastructure solutions.
