Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation and software engineering roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with configuration management and orchestration tools, with emphasis on Ansible (playbooks, roles, inventory patterns, reusable content, and execution strategies).
• Strong programming background in Python, including API integration and development of automation tooling/services.
• Experience applying CI/CD practices to automation code using Git-based workflows and pipeline tooling (e.g., build, test, promote, release).
• Demonstrated experience designing automation solutions that operate across hybrid environments (on-premises and public cloud).
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, risk, and compliance requirements as they relate to automation (least privilege, secrets handling, approvals/segregation of duties, and auditability).
• Broad infrastructure knowledge including Linux and Windows and sufficient networking, storage, and security fundamentals to automate safely at scale.
• Experience leading small deliveries/workstreams and mentoring peers; ability to guide a small squad and/or partner resources is an asset.
• Completion of a post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
