How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Sereact, so its true age is longer.
Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

- Build prototypes and test rigs for robotic peripherals (e.g., innovative vacuum grippers)
- Plan and run experimental trials
- Contribute to project planning and execution
Qualifications
Must have
- Excellent CAD skills, demonstrated through portfolio projects you can present
- OR Outstanding academic record—minimum GPA of 1.7 or better on the German scale—in an engineering program at a reputable university
- Strong analytical thinking
- Solid grasp of technical interrelationships
- Familiarity with machine design and control engineering
Our interview plan
- Application
- Take‑home assignment: You’ll complete a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.
- Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your “why,” and time for your questions.
- Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role.
- On‑site visit: Meet the team at our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you’d do here. You’ll get a clear feel for the environment, ways of working, and the role.
What We Offer
- Flexible working hours
- Option to work from home when needed
- A motivated team and an open corporate culture
Note to applicants: We are currently experiencing a high volume of interest in this role. Due to this, our review process is taking a bit longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
