Minimum Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience

Preferable Skills & Experience

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer)
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) or enterprise data ecosystems
• Experience with personalization and segmentation strategies at scale
• Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with DevOps and release management practices in marketing technology
• Exposure to AI-driven marketing capabilities (e.g., Einstein, predictive segmentation, journey optimization)
• Experience supporting large-scale marketing campaigns in enterprise environments
• Experience in healthcare environment

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$81,500 - $108,600
